To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: 1. Go to your site dashboard or the Editor. 2. Click on 'Add New FAQ'. 3. Enter your question and answer. 4. Assign the FAQ to a relevant category. 5. Save and publish. You can edit your FAQs anytime.

To edit the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title, go to the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app, navigate to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize the settings there.

Yes, you can insert media into your FAQ. Follow these steps: 1. Go to your site dashboard or the Editor. 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one. 3. In the answer text box, click on the video, image, or GIF icon. 4. Add media from your library and save.
